365 Reasons

It’s been a pretty crazy year for me. It was around this time last year that I’d started self-publishing my novels, including three (THREE!) titles that were published just a few days after I’d written a fairly in-depth history of my cartoon ghost-girl-in-the-box, Zoe. Just for fun, I’m going to link us to that page: The History of Zoe.

Now, a quote:

Zoe is still one of my favourite creations, and I often fantasize about bringing her back as a webcomic series and a line of holiday greeting cards, the way she always wanted. She resides in my computer these days, occasionally giving my wife and I all manner of technical trouble, the feisty little ghost in my machine, but she’ll always be my first daughter, and the girl of my dreams.

I did a new comic a handful of months ago, featuring some of the cast of the newly retooled Novice 2 Romance. I’m thinking that, in the new year, I’m going to start actually implementing that web comic at long last. I’ll probably have to do some prep drawing to give myself a head start. No idea how long it will run or how well I’ll be able to keep it up. I may only do weekend strips, but I’m thinking in terms of dailies as well. We’ll see how it pans out when I’ve done some drawing.

In other news, I’ve got that ending more or less sorted out in my head for Winterlude, but I haven’t made myself sit down and write it. I’m hoping to do that right after I go buy a mop and scrub brush. I’m hoping to have it done in time for the album release, so I can put out and promote the collection on Friday as well.

Time to go.

Lee.

Don't be shy. Tell me what you really think, now.
